<p>A solar cell module includes a solar cell submodule having photoelectric conversion elements on an insulation layer formed on at least one side of a metal substrate and bonding/potting layers and protection layers laminated on top and bottom sides of the solar cell submodule. The solar cell module further includes a first lead wire connected to one electrode of a positive and a negative electrodes of the solar cell submodule, for pulling out the output of the one electrode, an electrical contact member for connecting the other electrode to the metal substrate, and a second lead wire connected to the metal substrate, for pulling out the output of the other electrode through the metal substrate and the contact member to the outside of the protection layers. The second lead wire is connected to the metal substrate at one or more positions thereof.</p> |
