<p>With the object of reducing the number of components in an optical pointing device and the number of steps such as the assembly or attachment of the various components, a light-guide (24) included in an optical pointing device (30) comprises: a bending element (12) which reflects light that is incident from a contacting face (11) so as to guide said light in the horizontal direction; and an imaging element (14) which further reflects and images the reflected light in the opposite direction with respect to the horizontal direction. The imaged light is emitted from an emission section by the imaging element (14).</p>
