<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe and a composite prefilled syringe, capable of independently storing and preserving contents safely and securely without requiring a complicated mechanism for preserving the contents, and capable of sufficiently mixing the contents within the syringe and discharging the mixture easily and smoothly with excellent reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The prefilled syringe 10 includes a cylinder 11, a plunger 15, a discharge-side gasket 12c, an intermediate gasket 12b, a pressure-side space 13a, an intermediate space 13b, and the contents 18 included in the pressure-side space and/or intermediate space. The prefilled syringe 10 also includes a bypass 14b formed in the intermediate space and discharge-side space. Communication between the pressure-side space and intermediate space and communication between the intermediate space and discharge-side space are made via the bypass by pressing the plunger, so that the contents flowing into the discharge-side space are discharged to outside of the cylinder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
