<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of a sensor system. <P>SOLUTION: A phase adjusting part 30 adjusts the phase of a drive signal using the difference between the temperature characteristics of a drive input processor 10 and the temperature characteristics of a detector 21. This configuration allows the phase adjusting part 30 to adjust the phase of the drive signal using the difference between the temperature characteristics of the drive input processor 10 and the temperature characteristics of the detector 21 even when the drive input processor 10 and the detector 21 have the temperature characteristics, thereby reducing the occurrence of frequency deviation between the drive signal and a sense signal and allowing accurate detection, and hence improving the detection accuracy of the sensor system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
