PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay server and a method allowing a front end server to refer to contributed newly-arrived articles and to add a received article to the articles even if it is not the front end server that has received newly-arrived contribution out of front end servers that receive contribution. SOLUTION: The relay server 10 receives contributed information from one front end server 40 out of a plurality of front end servers 40, prepares newly-arrived information from the received contributed information and stores it in an FIFO memory 20. The relay sever 10 distributes the prepared newly-arrived information to all other front end servers 40, specifies the front end server 40 that does not have the distributed newly-arrived information, and transmits all newly-arrived information stored in the FIFO memory 20. The relay server 10 obtains all the newly-arrived information from a backup server 30 when the newly-arrived information is not stored in the FIFO memory 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
