PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which exchanging operation of renewal parts is correctly and surely performed even when a user performs the exchanging operation of the renewal parts. SOLUTION: When it is necessary to exchange the renewal part from the old one to the new one, the user is instructed to perform operation to make an original reading part 4 read a code number of a code number holding part 100 installed in the new one. When the code number is read by the original reading part 4, it is determined whether the read code number is the one not stored in a code number storage part 316, that is, whether the renewal part, whose code number is read by the original reading part 4, is the new one. When it is determined that the code number is the one stored in the code number storage part 316 (the renewal part whose code number is read by the original reading part 4 is the old one), the result of the determination is reported.
