PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a high insulation sealability and moreover grasp a battery temperature certainly. SOLUTION: A high thermal-conductive filler component is contained in an insulation sealing member and the filler component is oriented in a direction toward a lid from a collector terminal side. The heat of the collector terminal is conducted smoothly to the lid through the filler component and the temperature of the lid can be detected and the temperature inside a battery can be grasped.
