PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor integrated circuit which has high circuit accuracy and allows high integration by utilizing a switched capacitor circuit having plural parallel serial input terminals. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal I i connecting to an output terminal Oi of an anterior circuit ai is connected to one end of a sampling capacity di through an analog switch Si1, and the connecting point of the switch Si1 and the sampling capacity di is grounded through an analog switch Si2. The other end of the sampling capacity di is connected to an inversion input terminal P of an operational amplifier A through an analog switch Si3, and the connecting point of the switch Si3 and the sampling capacity di is grounded through an analog switch Si4. An output terminal Q of the operational amplifier A is connected not only to the inversion input terminal P of the operational amplifier A by a feedback capacity hi but also to one end of a feedback capacity h2 through an analog switch Sf1, and the connecting point of the switch Sf1 and the feedback capacity h2 is grounded through a switch Sf2. |
