PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device which can correct movement in the direction of an optical axis of a lens and tilt of the optical axis and can make small the dimension in the direction of the optical axis, and to provide an autofocus camera and a cellular phone with a camera. SOLUTION: The lens driving device includes: winding coils 16a and 16b wound around, in a periphery direction, an outer peripheral surface of a lens supporting body 5; a plurality of annular coils 19a to 19d arranged to be spaced in the periphery direction on the outer periphery of the lens supporting body 5; magnets 17 fixed on a base 8; and a control part 25 controlling application of current to the respective coils. The annular coils 19a to 19d are arranged to be superposed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the winding coils 16a and 16b. The respective magnets 17 face the annular coils 19a to 19d. The control part 25 applies a current A to the winding coils 16a and 16b when moving the lens supporting body 5 in the direction of the optical axis, and applies a current B to the corresponding annular coils 19a to 19d when correcting the tilt of the optical axis of the lens.
