Disclosed is an ethylenic polymer having a long characteristic relaxation time. The ethylenic polymer satisfies the following requirements: (a) the ethylenic polymer is a non-crosslinked ethylenic polymer; (b) the number of long-chain branches (LCB) per 1000 carbon atoms is 0.1-1.5 inclusive; (c) the intrinsic viscosity [?] is 1.0-3.0 dl/g inclusive; and (d) the ratio (G'/G'') of the storage elastic modulus (G') to the loss elastic modulus (G'') at 190ºC obtained in the dynamic viscoelastic measurement when the angular frequency (unit: rad/sec) is 0.1 is 0.8-4.0 inclusive.
