PURPOSE: An exercising spring apparatus for a bicycle saddle shaft is provided to exercise the legs, the waist, and the abdomen of a body by riding a bicycle without a separate exercising tool. CONSTITUTION: An exercising spring(3) is installed between a bicycle saddle(1) and a saddle shaft(2). A saddle fixing unit(4) combines the bicycle saddle and the saddle shaft and covers the upper side of the exercising spring. A spring fixing tray(9) and a connecting unit(11) combines the exercising spring and the saddle shaft. The lower side of the exercising spring is engaged with the spring fixing tray and the connecting unit.
