PURPOSE: A composition for a protective film of a plasma display panel and a plasma display panel with the same are provided to prevent a protective film from being separated by the uniform formation of a protective film. CONSTITUTION: Multiple address electrodes(3) are formed on a first substrate(1) along a specific direction. A first dielectric layer(5) that covers the entire surface of the substrate is formed on the multiple address electrodes. Multiple partition walls(7) are formed on the first dielectric layer between each address electrode. Multiple discharge cells are formed between each partition wall. A fluorescent material layer(9) absorbs vacuum ultraviolet ray and emits visible light.
