PURPOSE: A liquid mixing apparatus is provided to perform an agitation reaction for electrolyzed water containing hypochlorous acid, and an OH radical with the high activity. CONSTITUTION: A liquid mixing apparatus includes a mixing zone(1) of liquid and a step-up feeding unit(2) of gas. The mixing zone receives the liquid(3) containing electrolyzed water with the oxidizing action. The step-up feeding unit compresses the gas into bubbles(7), and inserts into the mixing zone. The mixing zone additionally receives ozonated water or hydrogen peroxide to activate chemical reactions.
