PURPOSE: A PV diagnosing device for individually diagnosing a PV module in a solar power generating system is provided to individually diagnose each PV module included in a PV array. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit supplies power charged in a charging unit as driving power when power supply is stopped from a PV module(100). A measuring unit measures a state of each PV module using sensors which sense at least one of voltage, current, temperature, humidity, and insolation. An ID setting unit sets the ID of a corresponding PV diagnosing module. A microcomputer receives the state information of each PV module from the measuring unit and receives the ID of a corresponding PV diagnosing module from the ID setting unit to generate a first data frame based on an LIN communication protocol. The LIN communication unit transmits the first data frame to the array diagnosing module which operates as a master through an LIN communication line.
