PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management system which can efficiently manage equipment connected to a network. SOLUTION: The equipment management apparatus includes: a polling control part 247 for requesting a response via a network to one or more equipment, and for receiving a response from each equipment; an HDD 108 for storing an equipment information table in which a status expressing the presence/absence of the reception of a response and a date when the response has been received are associated with the equipment identification information; an equipment information updating part 245 for, when receiving a response, recording the presence of the response and the date in a record corresponding to the equipment identification information of equipment which has received the response, and for, when receiving no response, recording the absence of any response in the record corresponding to the equipment identification information of equipment which has not received any response; and a display control part 232 for reading and outputting the equipment identification information whose corresponding status shows the absence of any response, and whose elapsed time from the corresponding date exceeds a prescribed period from the HDD 108.
