#CMT# #/CMT# The case has a hand-setting crown (6) provided with a free end (16) and connected to a hand-setting mechanism of a timepiece. Protuberances (8, 9) are provided on sides of the crown. A protection lever (10) of the crown is mounted pivotally on one protuberance (8) to occupy a closed state and an open state, and is connected with a locking body (14). The protection lever is placed at a distance from the case greater than distance separating the free end from the crown of the case when the protection lever is in the closed state to cover the crown. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Case for a timepiece (claimed) i.e. wrist watch. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The protection lever is placed at the distance from the case greater than distance separating the free end from the crown of the case when the protection lever is in the closed state to cover the crown, thus eliminating risks of accidental fixing of the crown.
