CUSTOMER COLLECTION SUPPORT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information for inexpensively comprehending the customer collection effect of an advertisement with respect to a customer collection support system using two kinds of two-dimensional codes readable by a portable communication terminal.

SOLUTION: The customer collection support system includes: an advertisement medium 11 where the two-dimensional code 111 for the advertisement, expressing the advertisement URL of a web page for the advertisement with information concerning a store described thereon; a two-dimensional code display body 12 for store visitors which displays a two-dimensional code 121 for store visitors expressing the URL of a web page for store visitors with information concerning the store described thereon; and a server 13. The server includes: a page data storage part; an advertisement data managing part; a data managing part for store visitors; an advertisement terminal data storage means; a terminal data storage means for store visitors; and a collating means.
