PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device for a medical is provided to improve visibility by selectively emphasizing a certain area from a black image. CONSTITUTION: In an organic electro-luminescence device for a medical, a driving thin-film transistor is form in a first substrate by each unit pixel. An organic electroluminescent diode(100) is electrically connected to the driving thin-film transistor. The organic electroluminescent diode is comprised of first and second electrodes(111,115) and an organic light-emitting layer(113) and implement a white light. A second substrate(102) is separated from the first substrate and combined with each other. A color filter is installed in selected unit pixels from a plurality of unit pixels. |
