<p>An exercise mat 100 comprising a mat 102 and a plurality of supports 104 strategically positioned for specific body parts. The supports 104 may be integrally formed into the mat 102 or removable. The exercise mat 100 may further comprise a cover 200. The cover 200 may have pockets 204 or holes to receive the supports 104. In some embodiments, the cover 200 and/or the top surface 106 of the mat 102 may comprise protuberances 202 to reduce slippage. The bottom 108 of the mat 102 or the cover 200 may be made from non-slip material.</p>
