PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin tissue measuring probe with which the contact state of the skin tissue measuring probe and the skin is not easily changed even when a subject moves the body. SOLUTION: The skin tissue measuring probe measures optical signals of skin tissue by fixing a probe 33 which is the distal end part of an optical fiber bundle 32 to a skin surface 31 and irradiating the skin with near infrared light from the probe 33. Supporting and fixing means 35 for supporting and fixing any part of the optical fiber bundle 32 is provided on a position within 10 cm from the probe 33, and the optical fiber bundle 32 arranged between the probe 33 and the supporting and fixing means 35 is made freely bendable.
