The arrangement (1) has a sleeve body (2) provided for coupling the arrangement to a control shaft. A transmission element is provided for transmission of switching, selecting and/or locking forces and connected with the sleeve body at a connecting area by an upsetting-press process and/or a tox process. The transmission element is designed as a locking segment (5), a selecting segment or a switching segment. The transmission element comprises floor areas (7a, 7b), and the sleeve body comprises hole areas (8a, 8c). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a transmission arrangement.
