BELT CONVEYOR

PURPOSE: A belt conveyor is provided to accurately correct the meandering of a belt by keeping the belt running in the predetermined position on the return side. CONSTITUTION: A belt conveyor(100) comprises a belt guide unit(120), a meandering detecting unit, and a belt correcting unit(160). The belt guide unit guides a belt which has a caterpillar motion including a transfer side and a return side. The meandering detecting unit is installed in the belt guide unit in order to detect meandering of the belt on the transfer side. The belt correcting unit is connected to the meandering detecting unit in front of the meandering detecting unit and corrects the meandering of the belt.
