CONTROL DEVICE OF ROTATING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control device of a rotating machine that estimates a rotor position by a simple method without superimposing high-frequency signals for position estimation, or requiring a complicated operation for position estimation.

SOLUTION: The timing of generating an on-signal pulse is shifted by the same amount Δt in each phase of a first switching frequency and a second switching frequency. A current variation component of each phase generated by the shift is detected by a current detector 4. A rotating position estimation value θLis estimated by a position estimation means 5 on the basis of a relational expression between the current variation component of each phase and the rotor position θ.
