PURPOSE: A material supply device including an NC roll feeder and slitter capable of biaxial multi-row control is provided to reduce an installation space and installation area of the material supply device by reducing the size of material supply device as a single-row structure. CONSTITUTION: A material supply device including an NC roll feeder and slitter comprises a base frame(21), an axis support frame(30a), an inert guide roller, an exit guide roller, a cutting blade(29a), a cutting blade elevating member(35), a driving gear(25a) and a driven gear(25b). The drive motor is installed in inside of the base frame. The axis support frame is installed in both sides of upper end of the base frame, respectively. The cutting blade slits an original plate material in multi-rows. The cutting blade elevating member controls the location of the upper cutting blade up and down according to the thickness of an original plate material.
