PURPOSE: An intelligent MO service providing system is provided to supply an effective MO service by adaptively changing a MO number. CONSTITUTION: A control module(110) can once change a MO(Mobile Originated) number corresponding to a specific service or a specific device. A traffic module(120) checks a traffic quantity corresponding to a specific MO number. A filtering module(130) defines reference information about abnormal usage, an malicious attack of a user or abuse in a predetermined code type. The filtering module determines whether a predetermined content is a filtering content or not.
