PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid temporary interruption of a medical operation with a suspension of a suction work for replacing a drainage bottle in a conventional manner by discharging a drainage to the outside of a suction vessel while keeping the suction of the drainage of the medical operation. SOLUTION: A drainage suction device for medical use has a following characteristic structure. A first drainage vessel and a second drainage vessel are connected in a horizontal direction through a pipe which water can pass through. The first drainage vessel is provided with: a negative-pressure connection pipe and a drainage-introduction pipe connection pipe at the top of the vessel; and a valve connection part at the bottom of the vessel. The second drainage vessel is provided with a three-way valve connection part at the bottom of the vessel. A third drainage vessel provided with a drainage-discharge valve at the bottom of the vessel and two places of valve connection parts at the top of the vessel is connected with the first drainage vessel via a valve and connected with the second drainage vessel via a three-way valve.
