PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet animal excreta-collecting tool solving such problems that: conventionally, as there are some kinds of dog dung and the like which are soft and fragile, they are unable to be caught hold of metallic equipment or may adhere to a whole shovel, resulting in being impossible to be put into a relevant bag smoothly, or they may be stuck to hands and/or the outside of such a bag, leading to dirtiness; further, it is difficult to collect all of them; thus enabling all of them to be collected into a relevant bag through making scooped excreta slide directly into the bag. SOLUTION: The tool is provided, being designed in such a way that: a shovel is attached to the tip of a pipe, to which a leg-equipped grip is attached; and the rear part of the pipe is inserted with a bag which is fastened with a grooved ring and packed with a sandy material.
