PURPOSE: A parallel programming control device and a method thereof are provided to reduce necessary operation quantity in order to find an optimal parameter by generating a parameter set based on the combination of the grouped parameter set. CONSTITUTION: A combining generating unit(301) generates parameter combination by combining a parameter set among the parameter groups of a parallel programming model. A compiler(302) instructs a function for measuring the execution of a parallel processing section and generates an execution file. A combining selecting unit(303) selects parameter combination by using a profile which indicates a parameter according to the execution result of the execution file.
