PURPOSE: A hose clamp and a consecutive manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by consecutively supplying raw materials and successively punching the materials. CONSTITUTION: A hose clamp comprises a gear housing(2) and a band(4). A worm gear(1) is installed in the gear housing. One end of the band is fixed to the gear housing, and the other end is roundly rolled. The other end of the band is inserted into the gear housing and is engaged with the worm gear. The gear housing has side walls(5) and shaft fixing protrusions(6). The side walls are formed in both sides of the gear housing and cover both ends of the worm gear. The shaft fixing protrusions are protruded from both sides of the side walls.
