PURPOSE: A fermenting apparatus is provided to rapidly ferment plenty of organic materials by continuously introducing fermenting microorganisms and accelerating a fermenting process in humid environment. CONSTITUTION: A tank(1) includes a cover(2) hermetically sealing the tank. A fermenting chamber(3) is installed at inner upper side of the tank. A water tank(4) is installed under the fermenting chamber. Mineral ion water and a carrier(41) are filled in the water tank. A circulating pipe(6) connects the lower side of the water tank and the upper side of the fermenting chamber and supplies the mineral ion water into the fermenting room. The circulating pipe includes a pump(5). A heater(7) and an aerator(8) are installed at inner lower side of the tank. |
