A waste utilization plant relates to processing rubber-containing and other organic wastes in different mixes of those and can be used for utilization of worn car tires with obtaining pyrolysis gas and liquid fuel and other products that can be used as raw material for different industries. The plant comprises a unit for thermal decomposition to steam-gas mix and solid residue that is arranged as induction hermetic crucible electric furnace that includes inductor with cooling liquid (water), removable steel tube with removable pallet installed in the electric furnace, this serves as place for arrangement of cleaned tires being processed, heater, magnetostrictor, glass-silicon pad, cover of electric furnace with branch pipe to discharge gas liberated from the electric furnace. The branch pipe is connected to cyclone block with collector (hopper) of solid particles from gas with exhaust ventilator that supplies gas to piston compressor that forms in main high pressure of gas that goes through tubular induction furnace for gas after-heating and connected to station for gas liquefaction. Thereafter liquefied gas depending on fractions obtained is directed through electro-magnetic valves to holding tanks. The working power supply of electric furnace is performed through thyristor frequency transducer. The electric furnace has places for installation of pressure sensors, temperature sensors, for supply of overheated steam and supply of carbon dioxide СОat emergency termination of furnace operation. |
