<p>The exact quantity of liquid for analysis, esp. for electroplating baths, is dispensed by a unit containing a positive displacement pump. During the first stroke of this pump, a quantity of the liquid flowing into the bath is diverted into a measuring cylinder and during the second stroke it is expelled from the measuring cylinder. The outlet nozzle is a capillary and a diaphragm pump is used, based on a spring loaded diaphragm and electromagnetic actuation.</p> |
