PURPOSE: A wet distribution apparatus is provided to minimize the loss of fine sand device and to reduce emission rate of sludge(foreign material). CONSTITUTION: A wet distribution apparatus comprises: a deposition tank(34) for precipitating and to separately discharging overflow sludge at the upper portion; a second hopper tank(38) for inputting and storing the precipitate of the deposition tank; a second sand pump(40) for inhaling the precipitate of the second hopper tank and inputting into a second cyclone(32); and a second cyclone for inputting the precipitate to the deposition tank.
