PURPOSE: A floor fount capable of convenient water quality management is provided to discharge fresh water through a spraying nozzle and to reduce the wasted water resources. CONSTITUTION: A water collection tube(300) is installed inside the upper part of a water tank(100). A pipe of a spraying nozzle(400) is penetrated from the lower part of the upper plate. The water spouting over the upper plate is collected in the water collection tube. A filtering unit(600) inhales the water of the water collection tube and filters the water. The filtering unit discharges the filtered water to the water tank. A roller(320) moves up and down according to the water level of the water tank.
