<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more inexpensively provide a cold water circulation system of high energy efficiency and energy saving performance by preventing generation of an excessive allowance in a cooling capacity on a heat source side. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of steps in which heat source machines 3a, 3b to be operated are allocated to have different total cooling capacities on the heat source side, are set in a memorizing section of the control device 16. An operation control processing section 17 of a control device 16 has a step decrease control processing section which calculates a heat source side average temperature differenceΔT<SB>h</SB>by monitoring states of the prescribed heat source machines 3a, 3b in operation, and transfers to the prescribed step of smaller total cooling capacity on the heat source side from the present step among the plurality of steps so as to control the operations of the heat source machines 3a, 3b in the direction to decrease the total cooling capacity on the heat source side, when a step decrease condition represented by a formula:ΔT<SB>h</SB>×(present total cooling capacity on heat source side÷total cooling capacity at heat source side after decrease of step)≤ΔT<SB>d</SB>×α, whenΔT<SB>d</SB>is a designed rated temperature difference of heat source machines, andαis an allowance (desired average load ratio % to heat source machines operated after decrease of step). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
