<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for a color filter by an inkjet system, the ink suppressing a bronzing phenomenon and suitably usable for the manufacture of a color filter with high lightness, to provide a color filter suppressing a bronzing phenomenon and having high lightness, and to provide an image display apparatus and electronic apparatus having the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for the color filter is used for the manufacture of a color filter by an inkjet system, and the ink contains a colorant, a liquid medium in which the colorant is dissolved and/or dispersed, and a resin material.
