PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device management system capable of alleviating a processing load while avoiding competition between records or a deadlock. SOLUTION: The communication device management system includes: a distribution processing part 10 receiving a CMDB (Configuration Management Database) processing request when applying a hash function where the same hash calculation value is obtained when performing hash calculation to the CMDB processing request for accessing the same record of the same table, performing the hash calculation based on a record identifier and a table identifier recorded in the CMDB processing request, and determining a distribution destination of the received CMDB processing request based on the hash calculation value; DB processing request queues 11-13 storing the CMDB processing requests of the same hash calculation values in the hash calculation values; and DB processing parts 14-16 taking out the CMDB processing requests stored in the DB processing request queues 11-13, and performing access processing to a configuration management database 17.
