PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery granule disintegrating and sizing device, that facilitates assembling/disassembling of a stator and that, in other words, facilitates cleaning and exchanging operation of a disk rotor and the stator. SOLUTION: The powdery granule disintegrating and sizing device is characterized in that a drive shaft 24 with a plurality of disk rotors 32 installed is held in cantilever with a bearing housing 21, that a plurality of stators 39 are installed on a holder 42 to constitute a stator assembly 38, with the stator assembly freely attachably/detachably set in the bearing housing 21, and that an opening 31c is formed on the side wall of a casing 31, with the disk rotor 32 and the stator assembly 38 housed through the opening, and with the casing 31 installed freely attachably/detachably on the bearing housing 21.
