摘要 Disclosed is a radiation detecting device (80) for inspecting foreign materials using a subtraction method. The radiation detecting device is provided with: a first radiation detector (32) that generates a first image by detecting radiation, which is in a first energy range and has passed through a subject (S) to be inspected; a second radiation detector (42) that generates a second image by detecting radiation in a second energy range, said radiation being higher than the radiation in the first energy range; a first image processing unit (34) which processes a first image; and a second image processing unit (44) which processes a second image. The first pixel width of a pixel of a first radiation detector (32) in the image detection direction is smaller than the second pixel width of a pixel of a second radiation detector (42) in the image detection direction, and the first image processing unit (34) and the second image processing unit (44) perform pixel conversion processing so as to have the number of the pixels of the first image and the number of the pixels of the second image equivalent to each other.
