TEMPORARY INSTALLATION METHOD OF WORK STAGE FOR VIADUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary installation method of a work stage, which dispenses with building-up of a large-scale temporary scaffolding for the work stage and allows efficient handling in carrying in heavy loads such as heavy equipment and materials when repairing the outer surface of a viaduct and in carrying out a concrete waste material or the like produced in repair work. SOLUTION: The temporary installation method of the work stage 3 in a required height position of the viaduct outer surface 2 when repairing the viaduct outer surface 2 includes mounting guide rails 4 extending upward from the lower ends, to at least four bridge piers 1 adjoining longitudinally and laterally; mounting self-propelled trucks 5 to the guide rails 4 of the respective bridge piers 1; building up the work stage 3 on the ground side and placing it on the self-propelled trucks 5; driving the respective self-propelled trucks 5 to lift the work stage 3 into a predetermined height position; and repairing the viaduct outer surface 2 from the work stage 3 at that position.
