PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problems of a conventional engine that the manufacturing cost of the engine increases since drilling of an idle shaft of high working cost is required for providing lubricating oil passage and that lubricating oil is deteriorated and lubricating performances drop when temperature of the lubricating oil rises, then durability of not only gears in a gear case but also the engine drops, and the maintenance cost of the engine increases thereby. SOLUTION: The engine 1 is equipped with a lubricating structure supplying lubricating oil to each lubrication part of the engine 1. The lubricating structure includes a lubricating oil passage 106 provided between a lubricating oil pump 17 and the main gallery 102. The lubricating oil passage 106 is disposed near a water jacket 21 provided in a cylinder block 10. Jet holes 106A, 106A, 106A jetting lubricating oil into a gear case 22 adjacent to the cylinder block 10 are disposed in the lubricating oil passage 106. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
