PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction in cost and an improvement in benefit, by getting electric energy with a unique private power generating system, making use of the situation of operation control as it is, and selling a surplus electric energy to a power company. SOLUTION: Air conditioning equipment bears a ventilating fan within a casing which has a suction port and a blow-off port, and rotates the ventilating fan by rotating the rotating shaft of the ventilating fan and sends air from the blow-off port to a room due for air conditioning. In the equipment, a plurality of permanent magnets 13 are fixed at fixed intervals to the periphery of the rotating shaft 4a of the ventilating fan, and a plurality of coils 17, which face the respective permanent magnets, are fixed inside a peripheral cover 15 which is fitted around the permanent magnets on the rotating shaft. Each permanent magnet is fixed to the side of the rotating shaft via a transformable leaf spring 12. When the rotation of the ventilating fan is stopping, each permanent magnet is drawn to the side of the rotating shaft by the force of the leaf spring, thereby widening the distance X to the coil, and when the ventilating fan is operating, each permanent magnet shifts to the side of the coil by the transformation of the leaf spring, thereby narrowing the distance Y to the corresponding coil.
