<p>A meat slicing system (1) is configured for slicing meat (5) on a rotisserie (4) rotating about a longitudinal axis. The meat slicing system (1) includes an arm (11) configured to be rotatably mounted to a support (8) disposed adjacent the rotisserie(4). The arm (11) extends a predetermined length to a cutting end (13) having a cutting track (16) mounted thereto. The cutting track (16) extends substantially parallel to the rotisserie longitudinal axis and is configured to retain a cutting tool (17) and to allow movement of the cutting tool (17) along the cutting track (16). In another aspect, the meat slicing system (1) includes an arm (11) configured to be rotatably mounted to a support (8) disposed adjacent the rotisserie (4).- The arm (11) extends a predetermined length to a cutting end (13) and is configured to have a cutting tool (17) mounted thereto.
