摘要 PURPOSE: A packaging method for preventing browning changes of fermented foods during distribution is provided to extend the period of distribution of fermented foods by using double packing materials having different gas permeability. CONSTITUTION: A packaging method for preventing browning changes of fermented foods during distribution is as follows. A first packing material with higher gas permeability, which is selected one among PE(Polyethylene), LDPE(Low-density polyethylene), HDPE(High-density polyethylene), LLDPE(Linear low density polyethylene), PS(Polystyrene), PP(Polypropylene), cellulose acetate and polyvinylchloride, is covered over fermented foods. A second packing material with lower gas permeability, which is selected one among a multi-layer film including EVOH(Ethylene vinyl alcohol), a multi-layer film including EVA(Ethylene vinyl acetate), a multi-layer film including PET(polyethylene terephthalate), a multi-layer film including nylon, a multi-layer film including PVC(Polyvinylchloride), a multi-layer film including PVDC(Polyvinylidene chloride), and a multi-layer film including PA(Polyamide), is covered over the first packing material. A gas absorber is placed between the first and second packing materials. The second packing material is sealed by vacuum sealing.
