<p>A mechanism for connecting waveguides facing each other has: a connection plug seat provided at the end of one waveguide, wherein the end is formed to have a tubular outer shape, screw threads are carved in the tubular outer circumference, a recess having an outer shape of the end of the waveguide is formed inside the tubular shape, and a waveguide is opened in the center of the recess; a connection plug which is provided at the end of the other waveguide facing the connection plug seat and is formed so as to be fitted in the recess of the connection plug seat, wherein a flange projecting from the lower end of the connection plug in the radial direction is formed integrally, and the other waveguide interconnected with the one waveguide is opened; and a connection body surrounding the flange and the connection plug, having screw threads which are carved in the inner circumference thereof and into which the screw threads carved in the connection plug seat can be driven, latching rotatably to the flange, fitting idly around the connection plug, and fastening and releasing the connection plug seat and the connection plug removably. The waveguides facing each other are connected by connecting the connection plug seat and the connection plug and fastening the connection plug seat and the connection plug by means of the connection body.</p> |
