PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, since a slide rack where a front board is attached to the front wall of a tray often requires fine adjustment in the attachment in adjusting assembling with a cabinet, the attachment to be finely adjusted is increased in size, thus making the attachment assembling difficult and also making it difficult to obtain a compact easy-to-handle slide rack. SOLUTION: The slide rack is constituted as follows. A base seat is arranged between the front wall of the tray and the front board. The front wall of the tray and the front board are attached by screws via the base seat. The base seat includes: a horizontal adjustment cam for adjusting the horizontal attachment of the front board to be attached to the front wall of the tray; a vertical adjustment cam for adjusting the vertical attachment of the front board with respect to the front wall of the tray; and a front and rear adjustment cam for adjusting the front and rear directional attachment of the front board by the pressure against the front wall of the tray by the cam surface of a head which is brought into contact with the front wall of the tray.
