PURPOSE: A cooker is provided to blanch food with low temperature because the temperature of a cooking chamber is lowered by discharging a part of steam. CONSTITUTION: A cooker comprises first and second vessels(10,20). The first vessel generates steam. The opened top of the second vessel is opened and closed by a lid(28). The second vessel cooks food using the steam flowing from inlet holes(24) with low temperature. A part of the steam generated in the first vessel is discharged through the wall of the cooker using natural convection. |
