<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-terminal type electronic device having little characteristic variations. <P>SOLUTION: The three-terminal type electronic device has (A) a control electrode 14, (B) first and second electrodes 16, and (C) an active layer 20 between the first and second electrodes, prepared through an insulating layer 15 so as to face the control electrode 14, wherein the active layer 20 includes an aggregate of nanosheets 21, and satisfies the following: L<SB>S</SB>/D≥10 where L<SB>S</SB>is an average size of the nanosheets and D is a gap between the first and second electrodes.
