<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce color uneveness of an output light when a phosphor efficiently excited by a near-ultraviolet light is combined with a LED chip. <P>SOLUTION: In the phosphor, a substantial composition is represented by the following formula and at least one kind or more of element selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, K, Rb and Cs is contained.
