PLASMA TREATMENT APPARATUS IN LIQUID, METHOD FOR PRODUCING METAL NANOPARTICLE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING METAL-CARRIED MATTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma treatment apparatus in a liquid which achieves the cost reduction and miniaturization thereof, further can form meal nanoparticles and metal-carried matter of high quality free from the intrusion of impurities, and can achieve the above formation at a high speed in a short time in a sufficient amount.

SOLUTION: In the plasma treatment apparatus 1 in a liquid which a solution is subjected to prescribed treatment so as to form metal nanoparticles or metal-carried matter, the apparatus is provided with: a vessel 30 stored with a solution; a microwave oscillator 10 outputting microwaves; and an electrode 42 applying the microwaves to the solution and exciting plasma into the solution, and the electrode 42 is formed of metal made into nanoparticles by the excitation of the plasma.
